Step-by-step guide

  1. Log into the gateway using your callsign (in UPPER case) and your password
  2. Click on the link under the Logout button called "Personal Information"
  3. Fill in the information for each of the radios you wish to use through the D-STAR gateway
  4. To register a radio:
    • Click the tick box on the left of a blank registration line (ie the box to the left of 1.)
    • Click on the "Initial" box, and tap your space bar to put a space in this box (unless you are SURE you know what your are doing). Most users only need a space in the Initial box
    • DO NOT click the "AccessPoint" box
  5. Click "Update" and you will see a confirmation box pop up.
  6. You can now log out, and your radio should be registered in the system within the hour.


Don't forget that the "MYCALL" in your radio MUST be the same as the callsign you registered with on the gateway.


Multiple Registrations

The D-Star registration system does not allow for the same call sign to be registered in multiple places. As such, you will need to choose which registration system to remain on, and request removal from other sites. 

Should you wish to remove your registration with us, please open a ticket with your full name, call sign, and request to be removed.
